The lead character, Goncharov, flees to Naples after performing a hit in Russia, but his past catches up with him when a former associate appears with a job. Meanwhile, his wife is having an affair, and his former ally returns, stirring up old feelings. As Goncharov enters the world of the Neapolitan mafia, he confronts his demons and must choose his loyalties.
